vBeers – Leeds, UK (Monday, 16th April, 2012)
Warm up party for the 6th VMUG event in Leeds and the essential 1st half of a two day virtualisation conference. The 2nd half includes 30 presentations for you to attend and much more. Many of the speakers said they are looking forward to the vBeers event and will attend.
Location: Golf Cafe Bars – Next to Leeds Train Station
Address: No.1 Little Neville Street, Granary Wharf, Leeds, LS1 4ED –
Date: Monday 16th April 2012
Time: 5pm onwards
This is our 1st vBeers event but we have managed to sort out some prizes to give away on the night for results on the pool table, dart board, F1 driving game and of course golf – but not as you know it! The VMUG burger will be making its debut and of course drinks and geeks!
Venue will hold 150 people so arrive early to avoid disappointment. – The conference venue is next door and we have a group discount if you wish to stay in Leeds over night, details on conference registration email.

Fancy meeting up every month with other IT virtualization enthusiasts to socialise and chat over a cold beer, wine or soft-drink? If so, then vBeers is for you!

Brendon,
I didn’t get the group discount details for the hotel on my registration email when I registered back in January.
Looking forward to it. Hopefully, there won’t be a vHangover to go with it!

Hi Brendon. Having attended the last two events I’m glad to see it growing. Thanks for your help in organising everything. I’m definitely looking forward to it.
I too didn’t receive anything about the group discount at the hotel so if I could get a point in the right direction (by anyone) that would be most helpful. Cheers.

Never been to one myself, but will probably pop along at some point (before it gets too messy!)
